I apologize to readers for the lack of new content. My family and I are in the process of moving. Because the “new” house is two-and-a-half blocks from the “old” place (long, boring story), we chose, perhaps unwisely, to make the move during evenings and weekends. This, we have found, devours all free time and makes the process that much more laborious.
